Tennova sent me a text message asking for my review and I dont know where it is public but that was my honest experience so if its hidden thats ok I only hope you can take my experience and learn from it because a hospital should make you feel taken care of but my experience was unfortunately terribe :(. Melissa McFerran My primary care dr referred me to Tennova Sleep Center to discuss medication options. When I came in for my consultation with Melissa the NP I was told that we could not discuss this and they could not prescribe anything without seeing my records from a previous sleep study. She asked me to sign releases and said I could come back for a consultation. After 3 phone conversations with the 3rd party billing office and 3 more with the sleep center they are insisting I received a consultation and have to pay $... read more
