Before dr. Vargas would before my colonoscopy and endoscopy he insisted I see him for a consultation. I arrived at his office 15 minutes before my scheduled time waited an hour after my scheduled time. My consultation consisted of him listening to my heart rate. My doctor is requesting I get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy i asked dr. Vargas if he can schedule them both the same day he said no your insurance company will not allow it.
