Before dr. Vargas would before my colonoscopy and endoscopy he insisted I see him for a consultation. I arrived at his office 15 minutes before my scheduled time waited an hour after my scheduled time. My consultation consisted of him listening to my heart rate. I worked their over 20 years and patient care go so bad I was embarrassed to keep working there. There was a big push to get patients through the ER in less than 3 hours. We were told to ignore all safety concerns to make this happen. Most of the experienced people who wouldn't lower their standards of care left and went to other facilities. It's do bad there, new personnel are training new personnel.
