Due to COVID-19, I was scared to go to the dentist for obvious reasons, and it was warranted bc I witnessed all sorts of cross contaminations. The gloves are for their protection, not the patients bc they continuously touched equipment, mirrors, drawers, pens, etc with their gloves and tried to put their tainted gloves in my mouth. The office staff is unprofessional and rude and the checkout person tried to intentionally overcharge me.

I asked this dentist to please fill the wholes in my teeth before they turned worse. Here I am 8 years later. He did not follow my instruction and my tooth hurts. Also wanted a retainer. They lost it and never made me a new appointment, just took my insurance money. Does not follow instructions.

REVIEW...please read so this don’t happen to you or someone you know....Please whatever you do get everything in writing up front. They don’t believe in giving receipts. I made the mistake in December and didn’t get the updated amount for labs in writing they said my insurance didn’t pay for ($240) while in the chair getting service, I had paid down $130 of the $260 my part to pay originally, I was told before I went. The office manager was extremely rude to my wife who has been a patient since she was a little girl. My wife was going to get a crown replaced and the staff surprised her with a charge of $245. This was based on their claim that this wasn't covered with insurance, which is incorrect. The office manager intervened before my wife could speak to Dr. Hageman and explained that she runs the office and has been there 41 years.
