I was very happy with the results that i received from Conestoga eye and Dr Silbert . I had constant eye irritation from my droopy eye lids making my eyelash rub on my eyes. and he did a great job and solved the problem. thanks for the fix.

Niceness Matters. This is the mission statement of Connestoga Eye yet is something this office needs to embrace. Never (in 3 visits) have I received a warm welcome. Front office staff has not been trained to say "hello" when someone walks in the door (even if on the phone). No eye contact. Dr Silbert is only friendly enough to be polite. Bedside manner very poor. "Nice" is the last word I would use to describe the feeling I get from this group.

The message clearly displayed all over the office of Conestoga Eye is focused on the theme "Niceness Matters". I have had 3 office visits and never, ever have I felt a warm & friendly welcome when I walk in the door. This front office staff does not live up to their mission statement. I do believe Dr Silbert is a very competent doctor and seems to have a successful practice. Unfortunately, in my 3 experiences, his bedside manner was only luke warm at best. I have a hard time recommending him.

Let me start by saying doctor Silbert is the nicest ,kindness physician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I worked in the medical field for 39 years and he truly is a caring doctor, that being said he runs his office the way he lives his life I believe, that kindness does matter that he lives his oath as a physician. I sure do wish he would have the time to teach colleagues how to treat, care and take the time that he does with his patients. Thank you for great care.

Do NOT ever go to Dr. Silbert. My son had to see him in the hospital and he was so rude and unprofessional!! He talked bad about the hospital and demanded to see him in his office cause the hospital equipment wasn't good enough. He saw my son in his office after he made them wait for an hour. After all that he still misdiagnosed my son!!!! He won't talk to us or acknowledge anything!! We are finally seeing results from a much better pediatric eye specialist who had diagnosed him correctly.

Dr. Silbert has treated our daughter for twelve years. He is caring, professional, and knowledgeable. We have always been confident with his prescribed treatment plans which were explained thoroughly and thoughtfully. Dr. Silbert keeps staff well trained in new procedures and technology. Staff members are pleasant and really have their act together.

I would not under any circumstances recommend Dr. Silbert to family and friends. He kept my son and I waiting for close to two hours for our scheduled appointment (which I would totally understand for a doctor who took his time with his patients-Dr. Silbert does not). He has poor communication skills, a less than appealing (downright rude!) bedside manner, and gets quite annoyed when questions are asked for clarification. We have left his practice and are much happier with our new eye doctor.

I would recommend Dr. Silbert to anyone as he is an extremely skilled physician, has a wonderful, caring bedside manner, and has a staff that is excellent! After my eyelid surgery in January 2016 with Dr. Silbert, I was so surprisingly relieved that I had no pain even on the first day! I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Silbert and his staff - thank you!!!
