The office staff was very cordial and efficient. Dr. Silbert was pleasant. He explained everything to me in detail. The staff provided me with handouts, explaining the procedures and post op care. Surgery went well. It was 4 days ago and everything looks good so far. Telehealth appointment, 2 days ago, also went well. I would recommend Dr Silbert to anyone.
Dr Silbert was very efficient. He called me as soon as the surgery was done to tell me that everything went well.
After several delays for this surgery, it now is completed…. And successfully. The staff and Dr. Silbert were professional and caring. Their level of organization was so helpful. Seeing more fully is the outcome for which I am most pleased and grateful.
I watched a few YouTube videos pertaining to Bleharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) therefore I knew what to expect. Dr SILBERT and his staff had explained everything in detail and surgery went well. I had this eye surgery when I was five years old and for all these years, it was very, very faint and undetectable unless you looked at me when I was very tired , I thought since my Bells Palsy that my conditioned worsen in the last 9 years.
