Staff was helpful and organized so the consult process was easy to navigate. Dr. Silbert listened to my concerns and addressed all questions.
I recently had surgery on my lower left eye lid. I am extremely please with the results and very grateful Dr. Silbert and his amazing team.Thank you for a comforting experience.
The clinic was old, out dates and not cleanly at all. The nursing staff was wonderful and super sweet. The doctor on the other hand, I wouldn't see again. For being a pediatric Dr. I was surprised and how he interacted (or lack there of) with my infant. Wasn't a terrible experience but wouldn't just to go back.
Dr. Silbert is dismissive of your concerns and unfriendly. I've seen him a few times for my eye condition and he has been late every time. You have to make sure you ask a lot of questions because he doesn't explain anything. He comes off rude and arrogant, so you won't get the sense he cares about your wellbeing. When I decided to hold off on surgery, he passed me off to his colleague to monitor my condition. Walked in and didn’t say a word to me or my son. Acted annoyed because my son was scared of him due to his poor attitude and terrible customer service. Stated in his chart note that “the child uncooperative”. He was very rough when looking at my son’s eyes and didn’t really care. I WOULD NEVER recommend him to any one. His techs were better than him! Should definitely have someone else doing the children’s eye exams if he can’t handle a child and is easily annoyed by them!!
He was very pleasant, understood my concerns and just in all a very friendly person.
Dr. Silbert said 'hello' to the computer, not to me. Only spoke to an assistant, and gave no diagnosis, but said, without explanation, 'If you have trouble breathing, go to the E.R.! He may know his medicine, but patient interactions are atrocious! He quickly suggested surgery, but my condition contraindicates for that. Then, when I delayed making a new appointment, I received a letter saying if I didn't make a soon appointment, I would be eliminated as a patient! FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!
Dr. Silbert corrected my eyelid “curtains” and lifted my brows to meet the brow bone where they were before drooping with age and gravity. I called the doctor when I got home from surgery with a question, and was surprised and pleased that he called me back before I even put the phone back down on the table. He is VERY caring and concerned! That says a great deal to me when relying on a physician and his staff. Good surgical outcome with a small correction to come. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Silbert was very professional and explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr Silbert and the Conestoga Eyecare staff. I’m glad I was referred to them!
