I like Dr. Holzsager, however, I truly believe they overbook appointments for him. My normal wait time is about 45 minutes to get in (during flu season) when I have had an appointment time. It's hard to get an appointment for an emergency visit, they can work you in, but then you are waiting for a couple of hours to get in, therefore I go to MedExpress, in and out in 30 minutes or so. Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Yes, they respected my views and opinions

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Sometimes, I felt a little ridiculed

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. This practice has some of the absolute worst employees/staff I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. Front desk staff are rude, short, negative and unprofessional. The office manager is not any better or easier to deal with. Horrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism for a doctor's office. Waits are ridiculously long (at least 30 minutes, sometimes I have waited with my children for up to an hour before seeing the dr), administrative/office/receptionist staff so unprofessional and difficult to deal ... read more
