Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Fairly current

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not if my life depended on it Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
