Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Fairly current

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. . They're able to answer most of my questions,. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here

Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. Dr. Holzager is great. I never felt rushed during our appointments, which are often at the end of the day. He answers all questions throughly. A suggestion would be to write down any questions you may have as they may not get answered and they help keep the appointment on track. He has suggested this to us, which was helpful in getting the most out of our appointments. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot.
