Dr Hergen has done several of my surgeries, he is professional yet very personable. He takes the time to explain procedures and helps to weigh the risks vs. benefits very honestly. His surgical coordinator Melissa is also wonderful, she returns phone calls promptly and explains things thoroughly.
I have had 2 hip replacements and 1 shoulder replacement with Dr. Hergan and I am so very happy that I did! He is an excellent surgeon and a very personable doctor.
Dr. Hergan is an excellent physician, orthopedic specialist and surgeon. He is personable, caring, knowledgeable and unhurried in his evaluation, examination and explanations. You can expect a thorough evaluation in a timely, polite, professional, respectful, caring manner and in a clean, comfortable outpatient clinical setting. I’m a satisfied repeat patient and highly recommend without reservation. Truly 5 star worthy.
Dr. Hergan was outstanding! He was very thorough with his examination of my hip, extremely personable and knowledgeable and genuinely was concerned about my well being. He explained everything in a manner in which could very easily be understood. I look forward to my follow-up appointment to review further testing results.
