Dr. Hergan has been my orthopedic surgeon for 4 years. He performed two total hip replacement surgeries on me. He is an excellent physician who listens and works with a patient to provide the appropriate treatment needed and when surgery is indicated he prepares his patients and supports them throughout the entire process. I'm a retired physical therapist and know good orthopedic care when I see it, Dr. Hergan and the team at MOSA are excellent!
Dr Hergan did my emergency hip surgery 3 years ago. He did a great job. It didn’t take me long to recover (I was 74 years old), I have no restrictions and am back to normal.He is a very caring and thorough orthopedic doctor and surgeon. I have had follow up appointments annually with him but I am doing so well, so this was my last visit. The staff is great.
I went to see Dr. Hergan about my knee on October 2, 2024. He suggested I have an MRI, a possible brace for my knee if my insurance covered it as well as a prescription gel to try. Two days after my visit I called the office because the prescription hadn’t been called in…. 13 days later I called his office to inquire about the MRI, the girl told me it was ordered and that I should call the hospital when I was told they would contact me. Explaining my current situation,my options and recommendations. Dr Hergan has done a knee replacement and a shoulder replacement for me with great success, so it's a no brainer I'm back for a 3rd joint replacement by Dr Hergan. The team he keeps is 2nd to none, Jennifer, Melissa, and more
Dr. Hergan is excellent. I had a complete left hip replacement done several years ago and it has been perfect and pain free ever since. I am now needing his help for my right rotator cuff issues and I’m sure he and his team will provide the best possible treatment and outcome. I have found him to be polite and professional, caring and collaborative.

Dr. Hergan has been my trusted surgeon for 2 knee operations. First my ACL replacement and then a TKR. We exhausted all of the non-surgical options prior to the TKR. Dr. Hergan and his team are supportive, honest, and will take the time to answer all of your questions. I’m out of pain for the first time in years and I have Dr. Hergan to thank for that.
