They were absolutely amazing for us. Our car got totaled a couple days before Christmas, so the claim we filed understandably took a few days to get started. But once it was started, it only took them 6 days to finalize everything and pay it off. Customer service was great and our local agent is amazing. So happy to have State Farm.
On the night of 11/30/18 my basement flooded due to the sub-pump. Immediately, we called a plumber and spent $800 to install and replace a new sub-pump. We also went out and bought a dehumidifier and shop-vac to help reduce the water damage. Once the plumber was finished we called our State Farm Agent that evening and told him what occurred. I would give zero stars if I could! I will begin with December 11, 2018, when after more than several weeks we were informed that our claim was rejected. I had been with Farm Insurance for several years. After moving from out of state I attempted to purchase a policy in Ohio. The agent placed my vehicle on my policy twice and also placed my vehicle on another driver's policy. This caused the other driver's policy to cancel. When I brought it up to the representative at Betsy Warner State Farm I received no help or explanation. I then decided to cancel my policy. I had a really bad experience with state farm, their customer service is very bad. I had more than 7 member representatives from state farm on the phone, 2 of them hang up on me. One of the member representatives even told me that she does not care. They were not trying to help me, but they just wanted to argue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE. I was in an auto crash3 weeks ago and was rear ended by one of your customers. An adjuster looked at my truck and issued me a check for repair. I took my truck, an Ford F-150 to W**** ******** **** in H********** ** for repair. There were other repairs found by W**** ******** after they began the work. Apperently they found a third needed repair and completed the third repair before contacting State Farm. My truck has been completed and ready for pick up for 2 days. I was a 12 year customer of State Farm. I got married and bought a house and had to add my wife to my policy, so I requested a new quote from my agent listed on my auto insurance card. I was told I could not get a quote because my auto policy was at a different office because my original agent had died, and the policy would have to be transferred to the correct office. Horrible customer service. They are paying over 3000 for damage to my car but want me to pay $69 for a tire. The rude phone rep said because my tire wasnt new. Well my body panels and other peices parts were not new either but your insurant crashed into me and your replacing those. Absolutely ridiculous!
State Farm Claims State Farm will not complete the settlement process or communicate with me about my claim. My wife was struck by an elderly driver insured by state farm. They accepted responsibility. They offered a low ball settlement offer with several inaccuracies concerning the prior accident condition of the vehicle as well as left off vehicle package info.
