-10 stars!!! I have closed out my business account over 5 months ago, I've gotten audit, harassed for monthly and collection payments till now. It very frustrating and time consuming. To make matters worse my lousy agent and secretary are being rude never calling me back to resolve this matter. They were so quick to meet and take my yearly payments and since I cancelled my policy she won't even so much as answer the d*** phone. Burn state farm if my credit get ruined you bet you will lose a whole lot more than my business.

I have had homeowners insurance through State Farm for 23 years and my parents for 40 years before me. In all those years with approximately $63,000 paid to them in premiums, only one claim was ever filed for loss of property when my car was broken into while on vacation, and they cancelled my policy. Not good business practice in my opinion!

Horribly incompetent persons working there, from management to people operating their 800#. I purchased a new 2017 truck as a surprise for my husband. It was a replacement for a 2009 hyundai accent, nice upgrade :) I went to my StateFarm agent to take the old vehicle off and start a new policy for the truck and was told I couldn't. Apparently the owner of the local StateFarm retired and so the business was split into 3, because of my zip code I was sent to the agency located near our downtown. I was a customer of State Farm for over 11 years, and up until a month ago, have had good service regarding any claims, quotes, etc. After having to file a residential theft claim, in addition to actively prosecuting the thief, I had service that has lacked the communication, efficiency, and good service that State Farm is known for. I have not received communications regarding steps in my claim, then the investigative unit has informed me that they are considering dropping my coverage, even though I've paid my policy for ye... read more

My family has been with State Farm for over 20 years and due to numerous issues we canceled our insurance and went with another company; however, State Farm made an auto withdraw from our account the next month and when we called to complain we were told it would take 3 Months for a refund and we are still waiting for the refund and it has been 3 Months.....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Jill & Kaytlyn have been fabulous! They are so helpful and treat you like they have known you for years. I am so pleased with these ladies, I just transferred to this agency from MO and I could not be more pleased! They both have gone above and beyond to help me!

With two different agencies, they randomly stopped doing auto-pay, didn't tell me they did, and then charged at random times, whenever they felt like it. Both times were when I had major health crises, so I wasn't monitoring their every step to be sure they did what they said they were doing. This second time, they even emailed saying that they were adding charges and whatnot to autopay, assuming it was still going on. I would give zero stars if I could. State Farm started to handle the claim of my car accident because their driver was at fault. They stated they were covering the loss of my vehicle and they sent me an approval letter of what they were paying out to the finance company. I signed over a power of attorney and had it notarized as they requested to hand over the title upon their payment. Cannot believe how unfair State Farm is being with our roofing claim from Irma. 8 different representatives have contacted us and not one had a clue about our claim. They have valued our claim as low as they possible could and when we have told them that if they have a contractor who will replace our roof for their price to send him over we get no response.
