This branch contacted me while i wasnt shopping for insurance gave me an amazing rate i have 3 vehicles . Everything went well. 1st problem i submit my photos for my photo inspection and never spoke to anyone my dame coverage was dropped within 2 weeks of me switching companies. I call , and email. I was hit by a van that is insured by State Farm, I submit a claim to have my car fixed and my claim was put into a Claim specialist Que who wasn't even in the office. Miss Rondha G**** hasn't been in the office for 10 days. When I finally got in contacted with her today 5/24/18 to follow up with my claim, she was very condescending and abrasive. After a careless driver insured by Sate Farm totaled my car they tried to fix my car at a minimum compared to what it would have cost to repair properly. After multiple calls - beware: no one calls you, you have to call them - a month later they total my car which was obvious should have been totaled from day one! They tried to get me to accept this low ball repair offer. I had a very disappointing experience with the State Farm company and brand. Our vehicle was stolen and my agents were no where to be found. We were given the run around and were pacified to keep us at bay. I called/call frequently and would receive no answer. I am still waiting for answers going on close to one year past this accident. I am disappointed in the fact that throughout this entire ordeal I have yet to speak to my agents and that we are still pending services.

I've had State Farm for about 13 years and they've been one problem after another unfortunately. 1. Kept my value and rates high despite the economic recession of 2007-2009, refused my current home inspection and only considered the 9 year old original purchase inspection for value. Only after the county accepted my new home inspection for adjustment to my taxes, State Farm changed my value and rate b/c I told them I was leaving. 2. Horrible customer service. Claims adjuster hung up on me. I asked for a copy of our "recorded" convos (like the people say before speaking) & they claim they don't record convos. Only pays on damages fit for them. They claim my car's damages have nothing to do with the accident because it wasn't impacted by the hit itself ?

I've had State Farm Insurance for Home + Autos + RV's since 1986.... have NEVER seen or spoken to my agent. Their TV ads are complete lies Doug W F*** W**** Texas

I have been with this agent now for more than 20 years. I have never had an issue with anyone at this office and have stayed with them because of the wonderful customer service all of the staff at this location has provided me. I would refer anyone to them in a heartbeat. They have always been good for peace of mind and I have never worried about them not being there for me or my family. Kudos to an awesome agent and fantastic group of professionals.

This company completely ripped me off. We cancelled our insurance before our due day to go with another provider. They still took my monthly bill from my checking account which put me into a negative balance. They refuse to pay for any overdraft fees. I have yet to be credited back the amount that they took.
