Don't give up on your health without coming here. My first surgery was 2011 without a good result. I struggled with pain and mobility, and had a limited lifestyle until six weeks ago. I heard about Dr. McCord from my sister's friend at a wedding when she saw the way I was walking. At six weeks post-op I am almost off pain medications. I have sent two friends already.
Dr. McCord found the best option for me. I was injured in a car wreck two years before with pain that gradually increased. He did a discogram to confirm the source of pain. He determined I did not need surgery, and steroid injections helped eliminate the pain.
I was a long distance runner and a horse trainer before my back started giving me problems. I could not sit or lay without pain, and my left leg didn't work. Dr. McCord was the third doctor I visited, because I did not feel comfortable with the first two even though all three made the same diagnosis. I chose Dr. McCord because he talked directly to me and I trusted him. I had surgery and I am much better although the weather does bother me. I have already recommended two others.
I highly recommend Dr. McCord, he is kind, understanding, and he listens. He is a great doctor and a great person.

One of Dr. McCord's most impressive results was on a family member who was shrunk from 5'9" to 4'11" from a car accident where he was twisted and bent over for over 4 years before he came to Dr. McCord. After surgery he was 5'6" and free of pain for the first time since his car accident.
I have complete confidence in Dr. McCord. The man is for real, and he knows what the heck he is doing. I have already referred six others to him. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I trusted him because my brother-in-law came here first. Two hours after surgery I was up walking, and now I walk two miles each day. Occasionally I still take a pain pill, but otherwise I am off medications.
Dr. McCord made me feel like family, he is very precise. He does not hold back on the truth, and he is very professional. At less than six weeks after my surgery I am so excited about my process. It has been life-changing and I am coming off all my medications. I have already recommended three people to him.
