I can't rate staff accurately as this was a virtual visit with doctor. He is great. Listens. Answers questions.

The morning of my appt. it was decided that due to the fact, I couldn't keep the pills down, I needed to go back home and continue the liquid intake. As busy as they are they still fit me in for the afternoon so I didn't have to start over getting another appointment and having to go through the whole prep again. Dr Grunkemeier is great! I truly appreciate him. We did have difficulty wit the real time video. We ended up just using the phone.
Every element of the process and procedure was 10 star!! Don't know if you can actually enjoy a colonoscopy, but this was close.
Dr. Grunkemeier and his staff have always been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way the is concise and easy to understand.
Dr. Grunkemeier exudes confidence and professionalism. His explanation of the procedure before, and after, is clear and concise. Staff support is much the same - highly professional and caring/engaging folks.
Dr. Grunkemeier met me at the door for my appointment. Wanted to know specifics of what I wanted from my appointment before he added information that he was diagnosing from information given by me. A positive experience!
Dr is attentive clear with DX. Very personable . Emphasized I should call with any problems.
