The front desk and the nurses are wonderful and always friendly. But my nurse practitioner was extremely dismissive of me. Anytime I’d go to my appointments, she’d argue over medications I have been previously prescribed from my last doctor (who is no longer local so I can’t go to her anymore) and refused to refill my psyche meds. I explained I cannot afford psychiatry but my meds are working amazing for me and have been for almost a year now and she won’t fill them anymore.
