Dr. Munshi was very good. I felt she made time for me to ask questions and I had a good outcome. I did look for her expertise to help me. I think medicine is skewing a bit too far for patients to be making care decisions when we are not the ones who went to medical school or understand all of the implications. I appreciated and accepted the choice that my gall bladder should come out but it wasn't really a choice to live without ongoing pain if it stayed in. Overall a very good experience with Dr Munshi and I am grateful!
Dr Shapiro is a reflective listener and is always willing to give medical advice to me and or my family members. I absolutely trust him with my medical care. If and when he retires from University Hospitals, me and my family will be saddened.
Dr. Nair is kind, extremely knowledgeable and always on time with every appt!! i have a primary doctor and i have her for specific needs with my health issue. she is very compassionate and helps in everyway she can !!great doctor great care

One of the best doctors I have ever had and I'm 70 yrs old. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. He listens and responds accordingly. I love that I can text him on my portal for scripts etc and he responds quickly. Great guy, great doctor
Dr.Debo is amazing he was my child hood doctor and now is my daughters ! Thank you doctor Debo for always keeping us well
If you're seeking a cognitive function (dementia, alzheimers) diagnosis and care, I'd caution using Dr. Garratt. Her bedside manner is cold, condescending, dismissive, inconvenienced and impatient to name a few. She exudes a true disdain for the patient. And, God forbid you ask questions. The whole experience, from the waiting room to the intake room to then moving to the doctor's room is cold and impersonal.
