My philosophy of care is to put my patients' needs first and educate them about their condition. It can be challenging for patients to manage all of the information they are exposed to about an orthopedic injury, so my job is to guide them so they can make the decisions that are best for them and that bring the most successful outcome.

Was good at first, then when I started to have problems, didn't seen to care.
Dr. Marsh handled my ruptured quadricep tendon surgery. He answered all of my questions. Procedure went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
Messed my knee up pretty bad that required 2 surgeries to fix. He explained the procedure and gave realistic expectations on healing and physical therapy. I was non weight bearing on my leg for 3 months and then had 7 or so months of twice a week therapy. His estimates for recovery were pretty much spot on. My knee is pretty much back to normal within a year. He is the best at what he does and I completely trust him with any future care.
Dr. Marsh was awesome. He explained everything that needed repaired. This was after trying PT, with no success. Surgery was successful for my rotator cuff and torn bicep. He also explained that rehab could take up to 12 months. He monitored my progress throughout the post surgery process. If I need any other ortho work, I am going to call on him.
I am a Cleveland firefighter. Several years ago, Dr. Marsh repaired a torn hamstring muscle when nobody else would. After surgery and a few months of healing, I was able to walk again and get back to work as a firefighter. Recently I tore my rotator cuff and bicep tendon. I chose Dr. Marsh to repair my shoulder. I was not let down. Dr. Marsh again fixed me up and I am on the road to recovery so I can get back doing the job I love as a firefighter. Dr. Marsh always took time to listen as well as explained things to me. I cann... read more
Worst Surgeon/ Human Being alive. This is a Provider who refused to honestly take responsibility fir further damaging my knee and treat the pain caused by his mental and physical traumatic, painful operation on my Knee
I thought Dr Marsh was excellent. After doing PT and wearing a brace and seeing no progress, Dr Marsh scheduled me for lateral patella ligament lengthening and arthroscopic for bone spur removal and arthritis in April 2021. Recovery seemed longer than I’d hoped but I’m in the gym now 4x week with very minimal discomfort.
After going to another hospital for months and having very little help, I changed to Dr. Marsh and I am so glad I did! I have arthritis on my knee and after a month I have had a noticable improvement - less pain and walking easier! Dr. Marsh and his therapy team have done a wonderful job!
DR. David G. Marsh, in my humble opinion and concerning my experiences with him, is by far the greatest Physician I have ever known. I highly recommend his services. He certainly knows how to treat and care for his patients. A1 Top shelf!!
