My philosophy of care is to put my patients' needs first and educate them about their condition. It can be challenging for patients to manage all of the information they are exposed to about an orthopedic injury, so my job is to guide them so they can make the decisions that are best for them and that bring the most successful outcome.

Had a great outcome with a knee surgery performed by Dr. Marsh. Throughout the entire experience he and his staff were very professional, I received return calls quickly with answers when I had questions during recovery. I’ve been very impressed that he remembers details about me personally and has a genuine concern to get me back to my prior activities. I’ll be back to see Dr. Marsh when it’s time to fix the other knee!
Dr. Marsh is caring and professional. I was very satisfied with the care I received from him and his staff.
Very highly recommended. I've been through two surgeries with Dr. Marsh and he's done a great job. Told me numerous times he was reflecting on my treatment and researching the best way to go about my complicated case. Very personable and always takes time to answer all of my questions. Would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.
Dr. Marsh accommodated me by changing his schedule in order to repair a severely torn hamstring. Saw him on a Tuesday, was his first operation on Wednesday. Thank you again Dr. Marsh for repairing my muscle and tendon. And a kudos to all the staff at Elyria Hospital for their excellent care. Everyone showed a high degree of compassion and care that I did not get at another hospital run by a different company (CC). I am grateful for all the folks who were a part of my medical care.
Very interested in my care. Saw his PA too many times, would have like to see him more often after my elbow surgery. Very pleased with outcome
Dr. Marsh was very knowledgeable, professional and is a great surgeon. He explained things well making me feel comfortable before surgery and understanding what to expect in addition to spending adequate time during follow up appointments on progress. From setting my broken wrist, surgery, to my final follow-up appointment everything went well. Only about six months later and I'm back to life as before I broke my wrist with full range of motion and strength. I highly recommend Dr. Marsh.
My entire experience with Dr. Marsh and this entire office was absolutely horrible. At check in, the women at the desk we're so impersonal and cold. They basically just shoved a clipboard at you. Dr Marsh was just as impersonal. My daughter had a broken arm and was in pain and absolutely terrified. He seemed irritated when she was scared and upset. On top of terrible customer service and bedside manner, they put the wrong cast on her arm. She's now with a different Ortho.
Dr. Marsh was great! I had surgery for a rotator cup and biceps tear. I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and willingness to address any concerns or questions I had during the whole experience.
I thought Dr. Marsh looked very young to be an experienced surgeon, but he has proved to be a great doctor. He takes the time to explain things and answer my questions.
