He doesn't know what he's doing. Not a recommendation for people in wheelchairs for life. He don't even know how to fill out papers for a new one. One time I went, it looked like he didn't give a crap about me. He needs to be fired like for real now cause I can't use him to get what I need for my disability cause he doesn't know how to do it all.
