Recovering from a car accident I had headaches everyday, neck pain, and numbness on my right side of my body. After a few weeks of treatment I can finally feel my arm, my neck is in less pain and I infrequently have headaches. The staff is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend anyone who needs help to come here.
I came in to see Dr. R in extreme pain and discomfort. I did not know who else to turn to as my general practitioner wanted to give me anti inflammatory meds and pain pills, which did not fix anything. Within days of seeing Dr. R I was feeling much better! It is a gift to be able to heal the body just by touch. I am a fan for life and highly recommend him!
Great Doctor for overall health and wellness. I came in all bent over with bad back pain, and in very little time I was walking straight and feeling fine. He takes time with each patient and goes over x-rays, diet, exercises and medicines/supplements. Dr. Ranzette will also tell you what you should NOT be doing/eating/drinking/taking. All in all, one of the best Medical Professionals I have ever had!

Experiencing severe pain in my lower back, a co-worker recommended I see Dr. Ranzetti. He and his staff were very professional and welcoming. After just a few treatments, my pain was dramatically reduced. Following Dr. Ranzetti’s treatment plan and instruction, my back and body are feeling and working better than I can remember in recent years.

I first came to Dr. Ranzette in a pretty bad crisis due to an old injury in my lower back. I could hardly stand up straight or walk. Dr. Ranzette took time with me to educate me on what was going on, and guide me on ways to manage the pain and strengthen my back. His staff is professional and friendly. It has been two months, and my symptoms have improved dramatically. I appreciate the time and care I have received at Progressive Chiropractic and will continue to recommend it to my friends.
Dr. David Ranzette and staff are very focused on making sure you see improvements on a daily and weekly basis. After much discomfort, I feel as good as new and could not do it without the help from the staff and not only their in-office treatments, but they're prevention advice and care outside the visits as well.
Dr Ranzette is a great chiropractor And he has a great staff. The team is pleasant, easy to work with and accomodating. I appreciate that his goal is to see people get well and stay well. He encourages his patients to learn about spinal care and provides education at each visit. I’ve watched as they took care of one patient & provided free echinacea because the patient could not afford it. It is refreshing to see the care and attention paid to individuals. I highly recommend this practice!
