I have gone to Dr. Futrell for many years. He is a top notch dentist and he has an excellent and accommodating staff. I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, which is nice. Rarely today can you get in to see any medical practitioner at the time they ask you to arrive. Dr. Futrell does great work and is always checking to make sure you are not feeling any pain. That is right at the top of my requirements for a dentist. If you feel the same, go see him.

I had a filling done at Dr. Futrell's Office, the problem I had with this office was that the Dentist did not do the filling his assistant did the filling. I had nothing but pain after this was done. I returned to Dr. Futrell's office and was told that the tooth they did a filling on now needed a root canal. I am very disappointed and concerned about the care I was given. It is against the law for dental assistants to drill and fill a patient's tooth!!!!

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

The dentist removed the wrong tooth, then offered to extract the correct tooth if I paid again. I am out $160 and still in pain. I will never return to this office for any reason. I feel as though instead of dental care that I was being extorted by the dentist. In process of filing complaint with the State Board of Dental Licencors.

This is not a review of Dr Futrell, but rather of one of the Doctors in his office, Dr. Lana Clark. She is very good, will perform work pain free, and is very nice. However.... I needed a tooth pulled, and she removed the wrong tooth. Did not ask me about it, just pulled it because she was leaving early for the day. I was then told she could pull the correct one, but would have to pay for both extractions. Not happy in the least. I will not go there again.
