Dr. Downs is a very serious doctor with a stern(ish) demeanor, but after a few visits he loosened up with me (and I normally require a relaxed and caring bedside manner!) He is an excellent surgeon. He performed my shoulder surgery, which was supposed to take months to recover from, and I recovered in just two weeks. He did an amazing job. He is a very skilled, talented surgeon, whom I highly recommend.
Cannot get a return phone call, left several messages, very frustrated.
