Dr Down worked on my knee and because he wasn't one to rush into surgery and gave me some options - my knee is now doing just fine

100 percent entire staff is exceptional (Sophia, Terri, Hanye) and of Dr. Downs 5 stars I have had knee problems for over 10 years, best Orthopedic Dr ever! Dr Downs, PA Kendra and staff are the most accommodating, friendly and professional healthcare providers that I have come across. I owe my newly found great quality of life to these people. I had a complete left knee replacement 10/2016 and I couldn't be more happier. From the initial consultation & diagnosis, through the actual surgery and comprehensive rehab, they were always there to assist me. They gave it to me straight, no surprises. Shout out to Sophia & Terry for always smiling. Luv ya.
Dr. David Downs and staff gave me my life back. I needed both hips replaced and had no information about the procedure or how my life would be after. I had been treated rudely by other surgeons, they told me I was too old and too over weight. Not Dr. Downs and his P.A. Kendra, they listened, explained, made sure everything was understood. Best of all they moved forward with surgery plans, as I lost weight and prepared for surgery. My outcome was excellent and I now have my life, love this team!!
I would highly recommend Dr Downs and have to several of my friends. I have had 2 knee replacement surgery's and the with in last 10 days. I feel great and trust him for all my orthopedic needs.
I had my ACL, MCL, and PCL reconstruction surgery done by Dr. David Downs. Surgery went great with no complications. He's very informative and friendly during the entire process.
Removed me from the medical group because I requested information on steps they would take to alleviate a patients burden with setting appointments dealing with specialists. Overall doctor was lazy refused to commit to multiple tasks involving different sections of the body. Would never recommend this office to anyone. The front desk women sounds like a long time smoker. It's extremely unappealing. If you want one star service come here.
I just called last week to make an appointment for follow up on a broken ankle that happened while out of town. I left a message with the appointment scheduler but never received a return call. After reading more reviews on-line it looks like I'm not the only one that has had this problem with this office. I have used this office many times in the last 30 years but I think this is last straw.
