Office staff and radiology tech were friendly and nice! Dr Downs was professional but the patient needs to ask questions about details as he is unlikely to offer information. For example, a medication was prescribed and I will pick it up at the pharmacy but he didn’t offer to let me know what it was. An injection in my knee was also recommended and he really didn’t tell me what it was until I had to sign a document on the liability.

I have known Dr Downs for last 15 year. He pays attention to your disease and advise accordingly. He is highly trained in his specialty and apply it precisely.
I have been coming to Fullerton Ortho on and off since 2007.All of the Drs and nurses are really Amazing. Dr.Downs is my definite go to for knees and ankles.Hes very thorough and spends a great amount of time with me finding a solution to my knee pain or ankle issues.His Nurse is super helpful and very caring.
First time visit- seems like if it isn’t getting replaced, it isn’t worth discussing or trying to understand the history or the origin- - seems like he was ready to start his vacation. - no beside manner…”next, and give me one that needs replacement!”

Had hip replacement surgery Dr Downs was excellent. Very little pain after surgery. His office personnel is very professional and provides services accurately. Appointments are on time, never a wait. Thank you for a caring experience from start to finish
Dr. Downs and the staff at the facility were all very personable and helpful. They took their time to answer all my question and assist me in any way they could. I would recommend them to friends and family and anyone in need of assistance in this field.
Dr.Downs Did a total knee replacement on March 8, 2022. He did a fabulous job as normal, as he also did a knee replacement on me four years ago and and a knee replacement on my husband 18 months ago. He is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him.
