Dr. Chao was my San Diego Dr./surgeon for many years. I received the same excellent care that he provided the SD Chargers and pro players. I'm so grateful he has opened a practice in Temecula, to provide his expertise and wonderful care locally. He spent a lot of time explaining my injury du jour before treating it. So far the experience has been great!! Other than the other day when I was scheduled for surgery in 16 hours. A physicians assistant forgot to send the email requesting for medical release for anesthesiologist. I understand mistakes happen. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. But this man is a great Surgeon so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt this time.
