Great doctor visit, so far so good. Looking forward to getting results.
I was surprised and impressed with how quickly I was taken back to the room and seen by the medical assistant, and Dr Chao. Both were friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my reason for being there. I also received an ultrasound in the office and waited less than 15 minutes for the procedure. It was refreshing to have a doctor appointment and be in and out of there a reasonable period of time.
This was my first visit so I waited a little with all the new paperwork to do. Office staff are very nice and attentive. Dr Chao gets to the point, doesn’t sugar coat anything and I like that in a doctor. I’m sure I have chosen the best shoulder surgeon I could with all his reviews and people of all ages coming in and out of the office I feel good about going forward with him.
Very common sense treatment for my rotator cuff injury. Highly recommend PRP treatments.
