Where to begin. The Staff is absolutely rude at the front desk. Not just like a little rude they look at everyone who walks through like you are a big inconvenience for showing up to your scheduled appointment. Make rude remarks under their breath and openly roll their eyes. If they worked for me at my Doctor's office, I would fire them on the spot. Dr. Foley has been my doctor for more than 8 years. He is also my mother’s and my children. I have never felt rushed. In fact, my boys just switched to his practice and they noticed how thorough he is and the questions he has asked them are more detailed and tailored to their specific age and interest than their other doctor. My mom who is 72 has also been seeing him for 8 years and he has always been caring and knowledgeable. It is hard to get an appointment but it is like that to most doctors who are established. While I have liked Dr. Foley for in person visits, I've found the service level received from his office has declined substantially over the last couple of years. They won't refill prescriptions unless you come into the office, but it's a 6 month wait to get in to see him. His staff is rude, does not follow up on requests, and frequently leave patients not knowing what next steps to take. Dr. Foley is habitually late to appointments. Not 15 minutes or a reasonable amount of time but 1 hour to 1.5 hours late, EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Does not seem passionate about his patients either. I haven’t been back for a year or so because of his extreme tardiness.
Doctor Foley is a terrific doctor, he has helped me tremendously since I moved to his practice. Can't say enough good things.
Dr. Foley is an excellent physician. He takes the time to care for his patients and explain medical terms in simple language. He answers questions fully.
David Foley is okay I saw Dr Foley for 1 year and he was an ok Dr. He didn't listen very well and always seemed in a rush. He looked more at his computer than at me when talking to him.
My first appointment, he decided I must be a drug addict, he ran a drug screen for several illegal drugs! I think he was disappointed he was wrong about me. He had his nurse call in a prescription without calling me, without explaining why it was needed, nor a plan of action. His staff is rude!
My husband and I , and my daughter and her husband and children, recently lost our family doctor, so, to stay in our " network ", we tried Foley. All of us (at different times) came out with the same reactions, we will continue our search for another doctor, and will NEVER go back to this office again. He did NOT listen or seem to care about getting to know or understand our histories and was very cold. I could never trust a doctor who is that seemingly cold.
