Worst doctor every! Terrible bedside manner for my sick daughter. Made us wait for a few hours and on top of that, he spoke to us through the hall way and did not enter to room to care my child who was crying and screaming! I thought the whole point of being in healthcare was that you know how to care for children and especially sick kids and hopefully the doctors are vaccinated and take precautions? We were at the Faculty Practice with Dr Banner for 10+ years. Both of my children had moderate medical/surgical issues that Dr Banner helped us manage and navigate with care and understanding. We liked that he was kind yet direct. We never had to guess if we were making sound decisions because he gave us information and answers without sugar coating. We moved 100+ miles away otherwise we would have stayed with him until the kids aged out.
