I hired Mr. David Mitchell and I have to say, he is very knowledgeable in Family Law, he is experienced, and very Professional in his interactions. I am grateful for his representation and would definitely refer him.
Opened my case in the wrong division. There was never a time-sharing issue until he made it one. He also refers the person your up against in court to a pro bono attorney to drag your case along, lie, and make the case very expensive. I’ve learned my lesson, and hopefully this review saves someone else lots of money. Not an honest attorney, has to maintain that little office that he has right in the middle of fancy Coral Gables, so be careful.
Bad communicator. Has his own agenda. And its extremely expensive becareful with this guy. Strictly seat of his pants lawyer. Good court room knowledge however but will not fight for what you want but for what he feels its right. Will also take your money And tell you he can do what you ask, but will turn around will tell you it cant be done as soon as you pay him. unprepared and does not prepare you neither as well.
