Very professional and friendly. Going soon for my 3rd surgery with Dr. Alvarez. The first two were great!
Dr. Alvarez is the best doctor I've seen at TOC! He actually listened to me and asked where my pain was instead of assuming. Thank you sir.
Dr. Alvarez is AMAZING!!!! however the TOC staff when you walk in and she checks you in outside of the office is very unprofessional and rude including whomever her supervisor is. People act like they are better than you and know more than you do so they don’t have the time to listen and hear what it is being said or asked.
Kind, thoughtful, thorough. He explained very well the procedure and seemed knowledgeable.
