Dr. Alvarez and all his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, courteous and very patient focused!
Excellent physician. Staff needs to slow down and listen better, but thar said, i'm very happy.
The doctor may indeed be good--but his office staff is NOT. I arrived at 8:00 this morning for my 8:15 appointment, only to learn that it had been rescheduled. I didn't receive any notice: no phone call, no text, no email. What a waste of my time.
