Excellent timely and informative
The staff is very efficient and friendly. My wait time is usually 30 minutes. Doctor Abrams is very personable and takes the time to answer your questions. He is very confident and thorough.
Doctor did not have good bedside manner and was overall just rude! If you have anxiety or panic disorder this is not the doctor for you. He is impatient, cocky, and temperamental. The staff was great! That doctor was horrible!
I needed an opthalmologist to lance a clogged duct on my eye lid. I've had one before and had to go through the same procedure. I hated the fact that after suffering for a whole week, this doctor just looks at it, tells me to continue applying heat and gives me a prescription for an eye antibiotic ointment AND said if it doesn't clear up in 3 weeks come back, so he can lance it....THAT's what I'm there for! Is he that desperate for money that I have to return when I'm already there!!
No other doctors found the reason I was losing vision dramatically in my right eye. Dr. Abrams has arrested the process of vision loss. I am eternally grateful for his care!
