My dr sent me there because she felt it was an emergency but this dr was rude and arrogant. I will not see this dr again. I was told other patients have complained about the way he treats his patients and I asked “why is he still there?

I went for help because I had reoccurring pink eye. He came in, asked me to explain, but kept cutting me off. He disregarded the diagnosis of pink eye and said if it wasn't diagnosed by an ophthalmologist, then it wasn't accurate. Took 2 minutes to look in my eyes, told the nurse what to put in and said you will get a flyer explaining what you have and how to address it. I asked if it would go away, he said no. He was more concerned with time and not my actual problems. He cared more about how fast he could assess me and get me out.

After getting chemicals in my eyes this doctor was very briefly and rude, barely looked at me, told me I have a very bad irritation. I went back 2 days later with a much worse eyes, saw a different doctor which was also a briefy and rude, she told me I have pink eye.
