Dr. Hahn is an excellent physician. I have reached my later years and I’ve never had surgery of any kind so was very apprehensive about even something is mundane as cataract surgery. She has been great each step of the way explaining, advising, suggesting. Ultimately listening to what I want. Just had my second eye surgery couple days ago. All went exactly as described. Horrible customer service. She runs VERY late, and isn't apologetic. It is not uncommon for her to see patients 1.5-2 hours after their appointment time. Her excuse is 'I like to talk'. She doesn't respect your time and feels hers is more valuable than her patient's.
She is caring and does explain things thoroughly. Answers any questions you may have.
Dr Hahn Navas and her team are great!I totally needed my surgery but I was nervous because I have severe vertigo and can’t lay in my back due to this condition.The surgery team was great and I was at ease and comfortable .Surgery went great!Looking forward to my next surgery.Debra Garcia

The staff was very helpful , nice and efficient . The doctor was great, very knowledgeable , attentive at the questions and a great communicator. Overall , excellent experience. We’ll be back next year.
My experience was superb! Her vast of knowledge is admirable, however It's been 3 weeks since I saw her, and I am still waiting for her staff members to send the require authorization to my pharmacy, so I can get stared with the medication she prescribed. I have mixed feeling about my experience now, due to the frustration in getting my medication. Ughhhh!!!
Dr Hahn-Navas is a very compassionate and competent doctor. Very personable and I am very confident in her care. Mahalo !
