As soon as you enter the office, the entire staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. They explain the reason behind all the eye exams they run you through, what your options are and answer all your questions. Day of surgery couldn't have been more efficient and calming, before I even had time to second guess my decision the procedure was over and I was in a massage chair. Thank you for giving me clear vision!!!
The team is most welcoming, always asking questions to get you to ask questions to understand it all in the most simple way. I have to admit that I never thought I would go through with LASIK. A coworker who was as paranoid about it as I am got it and did a lot of research before going through with it. After some own checking I decided to go for a consultation. Very informative and everyone was caring and considerate. A few months later I had the money and called to tell them I was ready. Excellent, no pain great staff n fast, best investment ever
The staff was super nice, surgery super easy. Dr Wallace is very professional and compassionate. He explains the procedure and your own condition very throughly and let's you decide what's best for you. 1 day postoperative and I'm already seeing 20/20 best decision of my life! I'm going back home and telling every about you guys!
