This was a bright/nice waiting area. I was greeted by an Office Assistant (OA) before I even reached the desk area; he kept me informed of my wait time, made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Vincent's Assistant greeted me & escorted me to an exam room. She took my vs, ht.,wt. Dr. Vincent reviewed my MRI before seeing me, examined me & discussed the result of my MRI using a skeleton & reviewed the MRI. He developed a care plan& asked did I agree, left a follow up apt & a referral for pain managemen
Dr. Vincent is a fantastic surgeon. He takes the time to explain what is going on and it is obvious he has your best interests in mind. His staff is great too. Highly recommend to anyone considering spinal surgery.
Had a cervical surgery on four levels in Jan 2017. My experience with Dr Vincent was professional, caring and successful. Even though I had four levels surgery on my neck In the morning I could eat lunch and the pains were very minimal. I am really thankful that I met Dr Vincent. He is not only a top notch doctor but also man of integrity and care.
Dr. Vincent is a very respectful man and good surgeon. However, his practice is horrendous. I was rescheduled 4 times between October and January for a follow-up from a diagnostic procedure. I have yet to see him to discuss my results and finally left to seek care from another neurosurgical practice. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!
Dr. Vincent and his staff were very responsive to my needs at the beginning of a long holiday weekend. As expected, he initially tried conservative treatment but when, within days, it was obvious it was not going to improve my condition, he scheduled me for surgery. I am very pleased with the results and with the care I received.
I call Dr. Vincent, Saint Vincent. Not only is he a top notch Dr. but he is a terrific human being. He has integrity and is caring. If you ask anyone who works for him or has met him they will all tell you the same thing. He removed two tumors from inside my spinal canal. I feel blessed to have found him.
I had a cervical fusion on two levels in Dec 2015 after being referred to Dr. Vincent by many other physicians. I felt that my entire experience was professional, caring, and successful, other than the choice of Bon Secours hospital. The hospital staff was overworked, inattentive, and there were poor conditions.
I have scoliosis , Dr Vincint performed a multi level lumbar fusion . From day 1 post op I had minimal pain , now 2 months post op I am feeling great .
Dr. Vincent is an extremely knowledgeable, very caring & amazingly capable Neuro Surgeon. He explains all the information you need to understand your surgery in a very clear & thorough way. He is extremely enthusiastic about his profession & does an amazingly good job in accomplishing what he plans to do in his complex spinal surgeries. He also has a great bedside manner. I could have not asked for a better & more capable surgeon to operate on my back.
