Dr Vincent is one of the top neurosurgeon for spine surgery. I had been pushing back going to a neurosurgeon for decades tried everything from PT to spinal injections. Nothing worked. Got another MRI. I had everything ready for Dr Vincent . He read my MRI and said it was time for surgery. 3 disc removed I was discharged from the hospital next day. I was referred to Dr. Vincent by my primary care physician following many years of back pain. I first saw him about two years ago. He reviewed my images and told me frankly that I should avoid surgery, as to address my problems would require a two-day procedure with many possible adverse consequences. DR. Vincent is the consummate professional. He uses skeletal models to exactly describe the ailment, the potential, treatment choices and inevitable outcomes. I had heard he was the best in Hampton Roads and I agree. I would recommend him to friends and family.
My first visit was very satisfactory. Dr. Vincent was everything I seek in a physician: knowledgeable, a good listener and excellent communicator. I left the office feeling confident that he will help me with my back problem. Highly recommend him.

It was my very first meeting with Dr. Vincent and he immediately put me at ease. He was extremely well prepared, and had a comprehensive understanding of what was causing my back problems, as well as the general nature of the most beneficial procedures needed to resolve those issues. Although I was initially opposed to any kind of aggressive treatment, by the time Dr Vincent had finished his overall discussion, I was almost looking forward to corrective surgery.
