Their equipment was old and I was shocked that they hadn't updated it. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
