Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

I was having a problem and paged the doctor 911. He did not even return my call. I called repeatedly but they didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They were unfriendly, rude, and as cold as ice. I was ready to beat feet out of there (no pun intended). Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Was this podiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider have helpful information available online?
