Overall visit was OK but Dr. Bernstein do not have an answer or recommendation for the bruising on both of my ankles. He took pictures of my feet and told me that he will contact me back in two or three days and now has been over three weeks and no call from him what may be the possiblility that causes the bruising on my feet. Even though, he seems like a well mannered doctor but I dont think he was really listening to me regarding my feet during the visit besides he was writing things down on a pad.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

I was on time for my appointment. Watched the staff take 2 people ahead of me. Waited and waited to see the doctor but finally gave up and left after an hour. The office is in a run down house and the inside is worse. The exam rooms do not even have doors--just a wooden curtain like thing. His staff member asked me questions but didnt listen to the answer/wasnt capable of understanding the answer. Doubt she has any medical training at all. I cant wait to see if they send me a bill. I am ready for a battle.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment?
