Called them because the toilet needed to be fixed the day my mom came home to begin hospice. Pretty sure his name was Craig, and we could not have been treated better. He identified another problem that will need addressed and i will be calling them again.
I put in a call to Davey Plumbing for a small job, replacing kitchen faucet. Sometimes it's hard to get help for a small job such as this. My call was promptly returned by Maureen, who was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled me for 10:00 that morning. Craig arrived promptly at 10:00. I had previously put in a request with my warranty company and the contractor never came, so I was recommended these guys by a friend. I left a message and got a call first thing in the morning and they came out same day! My problem was fixed promptly and affordably!!
