Fast, professional, and the fridge is fixed! I emailed them for a quote, they called me not a half an hour later and were able to go to my apt that afternoon to determine the cause of the leak. The ordered the part and it was fixed the next day. Would definitely recommend!
I second the minus ten stars. They give you a four-hour window to come and repair your appliance, then don't call and don't show. This has occurred on numerous occasions. We are stuck with them due to warranty company using them. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. Take your business anywhere else.
I had to put a star to post if it was up to me I would take away 10 stars..do not use this business unless you are wanting to be ripped off. they sold used parts as new and miraculously lost my refrigerator when I became dissatisfied with their lies and b.s. total rip off bad business practices... do not use no wait DO NOT USE.. if you think it is just me go to Yelp and see for yourself...
Double Dippers, Didn't fix the problem on the first run at the problem. Then had to repair it again, but wouldn't give up the second $84 service charge. What are they incompetent, or greedy??? Will not use them again. I could have purchased a new stove by the time they got done billing me.
