Started our okay. Sales guys wanted to help. Ran my credit a bunch of times. Now they won’t return my calls or even acknowledge me. I had this same problem 3 years ago. The only saving grace was Cedar Rapids location called me and has been very helpful. Would not recommend DAVENPORT location at All. My company works with all the local dealerships and I can should have known this one was no good.
Everything started out ok. The "sales guy" didnt seem like he new very much asked a price on an auto mobile and was told "I dont know" They didnt seem real interested in selling a vehicle. Finally got a vehicle down to me that I liked. Price was high but with my credit i was ok with it. I told them payment wise where I wanted to be and the came to me with a payment above not much but still high. So now they wanted me to pay more for a vehicle then what it books for but also wants me to pay a crazy interest rate. So I decline... read more
RecommendedVery nice sales staff. Mike Haut helped me get into a 2008 Tacoma, which my fiancee found through Facebook, and we agreed on an out the door price that was only slightly over my budget but I feel very confident I made the right choice. If my fiancee picked it out then I am 100% certain. Mike was very good and had us out the door in less than 2 hours, and we got there at their busy time. Thank you guys once again for the truck and for the price out the door too!
Great customer service!! Very patient and friendly! I recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle that you stop here first. Ask for KJ or Brennan, very knowledgeable and great to talk to if you're a car lover. Thanks for understanding autism guys, I greatly appreciate it!
They are your a typical car dealership who will gladly take advantage of a female 1st time buyer. They did not lay things out in plain English that normal people would understand and definitely will never see my business nor that of family or friends ever again. I was so unimpressed with their lack of professionalism and customer service. They are a poor excuse of a dealership that I never should have bought from.
