Mike Haut and Ethan (in finance) went out of their way to get me in a vehicle. My credit is not great, and although we had a few instances of "let's try this, wait, no, that won't work", we finally got a deal together with a co-signer, which was my mom. Then, very unexpectedly, my mom passed away before the deal could be signed off on. I was sure they would immediately take the car from me. Buying experience was good worked with me very well! Overall pleased, except for the vehicle I bought was not on the lot long enough to be thoroughly washed or detailed. (And when I mean it was dirty there was still food and wrappers and some sort of rubber glove in between the seats). In my negotiation with them when I was buying I asked for a detail and they agreed, since then they haven’t set me up and every time I call they tell me they will set it up and call back and now multiple days later haven’t heard back

My experience at the Superstore was great. My husband and I were treated very well by everyone. Our sales person Derick was courteous and knowledgeable and very friendly. The general manager, another Derick was also great very talkative and helpful. I’d recommend your buying experience go to Davenport Supersore and see the two Dericks
*****UPDATE***** I received my reimbursement check today after about a week, which is exactly how long Derek said it would take. Derek was very pleasant to work with, is excellent with follow up and has definitely resolved this situation. I'm very happy and wish I had spoken with Derek much sooner.
