RecommendedMark was very nice to deal with. After an after hour call error, he found time to come out first thing in the morning and help get our furnace running again. Price was much better then I was expecting as well.
We've been working with Davenport for nearly 15 years for our furnace, air conditioning, water heater and sump pump. Over the years, Mark has always come to our rescue when we've had emergencies (a/c and sump pump) and Chris and Richard did an excellent job installing our new water heater and expansion tank yesterday. Mark cares about the quality of the work his team performs and they always do a great job cleaning up their work area. I'd highly recommend Davenport!
Of course our furnace acted up New Year's Eve. We called and Mark offered to come right out. Our other unit still worked so we waited until the 2nd to have him come out. He called and checked on us to make sure we were ok and then did a service call on the 2nd. They care about their customers!
Davenport Service Company is always on time and professional. We have been using them for three years or so and are very happy. They installed a new high efficiency system in our house and it made the basement livable again.
They were able to help some tenants of mine in a quick time frame. The tenants are satisfied with the work, and so am I!
Davenport installed our a/c and furnace about 10 years ago and have serviced them ever since. As a VIP customer every year, they keep our equipment in top operating form. Their service technicians are always polite and don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary parts.
We just moved into our house and needed someone out ASAP. The technician was on time and professional. He did the tune up and answered any questions we had. We were so grateful to find a good, honest company!
I sent Davenport a message at midnight a couple weeks ago when our AC went out in one of the hottest stretches so far this summer. Mark Davenport was at my house the next morning before 8am to diagnose the problem. Mark, his technicians and his office staff were hard working and trustworthy throughout our entire time working with them and had amazing customer service.
Called for service late on Memorial Day; they didn’t have a tech available but Mike reached out to try to get someone out the following morning. I got my problem figured out (control board) but by the time I got back to get a tech out they were booked up. However, since I was leaving town that day, Mike helped me get the part in town from a distributor and I was able to install it myself. Very grateful for his offer to help out, will definitely call them for service in my new house.
