I had an issue with a particularly finicky sump pump. It would throw an alarm for unknown reasons. Properly diagnosing the problem took several visits because the problem could not be recreated. However, Davenport came out promptly each time, never charged for any of the calls since the initial check was included in my 2x annual service fee and stuck with it until the problem was solved. Davenport Service Company recently installed a Pelican Water System for our home and we were very pleased with the entire process. Paul was very polite and professional when he came to our home to do some minor furnace maintenance and gave us an estimate for the system. He and Mark, the owner, returned to install the new system and again were very polite, efficient, thorough and left the area of work spotless upon completion. We are very pleased with the system and would highly recommend this great company and their work.

Mark and Chris were at our house last week, repairing our furnace that went out just before the big cold snap. They worked diligently to find the issue and quickly got it repaired. They were there when they said they would be and even took the time to run a check on our water heater at no charge. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.
Mark was very nice to deal with. After an after hour call error, he found time to come out first thing in the morning and help get our furnace running again. Price was much better then I was expecting as well.
We've been working with Davenport for nearly 15 years for our furnace, air conditioning, water heater and sump pump. Over the years, Mark has always come to our rescue when we've had emergencies (a/c and sump pump) and Chris and Richard did an excellent job installing our new water heater and expansion tank yesterday. Mark cares about the quality of the work his team performs and they always do a great job cleaning up their work area. I'd highly recommend Davenport!
