We have been costumers of Fresh Air for more than 25 years. They are an outstanding company that provides exemplary service. Most recently, we had a unique problem in our home and the owner, technicians and staff at Fresh Air worked diligently and promptly to help us get it resolved. We honestly don't know what we would have done without their help. We cannot thank them enough. We recommend this company wholeheartedly!
My experience with Davenport Heating & Cooling was highly disappointing. After a visit where they charged me over $400 for a refrigerant refill without finding a leak, the same issue reappeared just two months later. The technician, Felix, was unprofessional and unresponsive, taking four hours to return with a part after multiple phone calls.
