Richard is the guy to go to! The dealership put some real sweat into getting me a great deal and I was the happiest gal driving away with my new equinox!

Sales people just watching us, no acknowledgement from anybody, not even the lady and gentleman who were sitting on the golf cart. We were the only people in the lot and they were not busy. We're looking for another vehicle and I guarantee that we will not return here. I'm happy for those who had good experiences but every customer should be treated the same. Being there for over a hour with not one person saying anything, that's terrible service!
Shout out to Vinnie (Business Director) who was able to get my (out of stock) part for my car within 20 min. We will now be safe on vacation. Thank you for going above and beyond! This afternoon my van blew a tire in front of the dealership. I was able to pull it into the drive where Brandon Vogelsong came out to make sure my kids and I were ok and then had 2 other service guys in addition to himself change the tire for me. My spare tire was low on air, so he had me take my van back to the service station to put air in it! I am guessing we were there for about 45 minutes. Super friendly service. These guys went above and beyond and never really had to help, but they did! Thank you
