We were sold a car that after one month needed a new starter and a valve. Over $500 of repair costs. Poor customer service.
This is our second car from Dave White Chevrolet. We are happy with the attention and friendliness we have received each time. They pay attention to detail and don't keep you there waiting for paperwork like we've experienced at other dealerships! There service department is wonderful too. All in all two great things experiences!

Very irritated at trying to resolve issues with the Dave White Chevrolet dealership. I have sent several emails detailing my concerns ( no key and waiting on plate) emailed requesting specific dates the key was mailed and update verification of plate registration. "Was mailed" was the email from Tracy and Jake. The plate issue was supposed to be followed up by the salesperson because the "main" office was closed.
