Can you believe that I took my Chevy Volt in for a problem with the energy charging system and they returned it to me without bothering to charge the system to see if it worked? Wow! You would think that with a cost of over $300 for labor they could have at least made sure the battery charged.
Straight up fulfilled every negative stereotype of the slimy car salesperson. Short on honesty long on underhanded techniques.

Shout out to Matt Kwiatkowski in the service department. Awesome guy who helped me pick out the best tires for my Silverado that fit my needs. Had the tires in stock when I called at 2 and had me an appointment at 8 the next morning to install them. Super friendly guy. If you need tires go see him.

Dwayne Autry was so nice n helpful. He made us very comfortable n explained everything to us.
Mr. Dwayne Autry, amazing! Totally acknowledged that I had a toddler, spoke to her and took us to one of the many lounges, one distinctly for a child. Had my car diagnosed and me out the door with a loaner within an hour. Then there was the sweetest woman who helped with the paperwork for my loaner. I do not know her name but she went above and beyond! Thank you to everyone for making this experience less of a pain and more pleasing!
