Service Dept is Terrible. You consistently wait 2.5 hours for an oil change even with an appt. They don't read the notes in your appt and don't do anything other than the oil change. I left there 6 months ago after asking them to check a leak in my tire, only to find out they didn't do anything about the leak. I had to take it somewhere else to fix the tire. Today I made an appt for oil change and fuel filter, but they say they didn't see anything about a fuel filter in the notes and they don't have the filter in stock so I ... read more

Great service, got a used 06 KIA Rio5 and have had it for about a month now. The car runs great but I did notice a belt squeals when I have the ac on sometimes.. Its not to loud but I'm assuming its either loose or cracked.. Kinda wish I would of known this before I bought the car... I would of requested it be fixed before the purchase. Other than that I love the car, and the sales team were excellent.

They suck. Tell you they have a car they advertise when you show up to see it sorry that sold two hours ago. Don't waster your time.

Matt in the Service Department is by FAR the absolute BEST to deal with!! I have been coming here for at least the last 10 or so years if not longer and Matt is awesome, he is honest and he always gives 110% to his customers!! I have both my kids bringing their cars here as well and wouldn't think about ever going anywhere else!! Thank YOU Matt for all the hard work you do!!!

Horrible service. Treat you like gold when your spending 40,000 on a truck but like garbage when you need service or they change the rules about a warranty they conned you into paying extra for. Experience has been awful. Looking for a new vehicle now and definitely will NOT use Dave White.
